  • We will certainly do our best to accommodate an early check in; however, we cannot guarantee an early check in until we know whether or not we have another group checking out that morning. Touch base with us closer to your date of arrival. If available, a 2PM early check in is allowed for $50.

  • We will certainly do our best to accommodate a late check out; however, we cannot guarantee a late check out until we know whether or not another group arrives that afternoon. We usually will know 24-48 hours before departure to confirm since we have last minute bookings. If available, we can accommodate a noon checkout for $50. Touch base with us closer to your arrival date.

  • This is a standard pricing structure for hosts, as the extra guest fee applies to larger groups that require more supplies and extra cleaning and/or to account for wear and tear. This also helps to make it more affordable for smaller groups that may only use one bed.

  • • The initial price you see is the nightly rate. There are additional fees (cleaning fee, guest fee, city occupancy fees) and taxes added on when you book.

  • We use a pricing tool that considers market demand, so our prices are constantly fluctuating.

  • Guests may extend their stay if the property is available.

  • We are sorry, but we do not allow parties at any of our properties.

  • Some of our properties allow pets, but they must be approved first. We typically allow up to 2 dogs. There is a $75 pet fee per pet. We just ask that our pet rules are followed: the pets must be kept off the furniture, including bedding, the pets must be cleaned up after (outside and excessive fur), and if they are not trained, they must be crated when left alone.

    Note: Pets are prohibited at the condos at Natiivo (Austin), 814 W. North Loop (Austin), and 305 Lamar (San Antonio).

  • We offer weekly & monthly discounts, seasonal & returning guest discounts. Occasionally we offer groups a Thursday or Sunday night free when booking the weekend, but this is not a guarantee and is only offered periodically. If you are interested in booking directly, you would save on service fees.

  • We do not allow confetti or any decorations that need to be taped to the walls. Failure to comply will result in a $100 fee.

  • You can reach out to a team member to check availability.

  • Refunds may be issued if the cancellation is made 30 days before the arrival date.

  • Our kitchen is stocked with the basic cooking supplies: plates, cups, bowls, baking sheets, baking pans, utensils, silverware, wine glasses, coffee/creamer/sugar, etc. You are welcome to bring your personal specialty item(s), if needed, for your visit.

  • Yes, we provide two body towels, two hand towels & two wash clothes per King & Queen Beds. One of each for twin and full beds. You may request additional towels, but please do so before arrival so our cleaning crew can leave some there for you.
